Copyright) (Received March 2, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, March 1 With the calling up of 200,000 men the Rumanian Army totals 1,600,000. This is Rumania’s largest army in history. The gathering of soldiers continues throughout Southern and SouthEastern Europe. The Turkish artillery has called up 11 classes of non-commissioned officers for training. Signor Mussolini has incorporated 132 battalions of Black Shirt militia into the Army.
