Copyright) (Received March 1, 3.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 29 Mr Clement Williams defied the censorship when the National Broadcasting Corporation wanted the Maori word “piupiu” omitted from a broadcast on the grounds of decency in Mr Alfred Hill’s song, “Waiata Poi.” Mr Williams explained that piupiu meant a grass skirt. The officials are still dubious.
