14 NEW MINE-SWEEPERS ORDERS IN BRITISH COLUMBIA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) OTTAWA, Feb. 28 The Government has placed contracts with British Columbia shipyards for 14 mine-sweepers, at a cost of approximately 62,000 dollars each. It is also negotiating for 1600 army trucks with Canadian factories.
