BREACHES OF PROBATION (By Teleg-raph.—Press Association) AUCKLAND, Thursday Remarking that the former leniency had been misplaced, the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, ordered the detention in a Borstal institution for three years of Raymond Stanley Hill and Clarence Henry Spencer, both 18 years of age, who had broken the terms of their probation after several offences of breaking, entering and theft at Nelson, Wellington, Palmerston North and Auckland.
