MURRAY’S THIRD WIN CHAMPIONSHIP AT NAPIER (Special to Times) NAPIER, Monday A. Murray, of Auckland, won the professional golf championship, a 72hole medal event at Napier on Saturday, by two strokes from A. Dyke. This was Murray’s third win in succession in the event. Third place was taken by T. S. Galloway (Rotorua), who was the leader by one stroke from Murray after the third round had been played. The aggregates of the first five players were:— A. Murray, 71, 73, 76, 72—292. A. Dyke, 75, 76, 73, 70—294. T. Galloway, 70, 76, 73, 77—296. J. Weir, 72, 73, 80, 74—299. A. Shaw, 71, 76, 82, 72—301.
