RUSSIAN DIVISIONS BEATEN HUGE SOVIET LOSSES (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 19, 3.15 p.m.) HELSINKI, Feb. 18 The Finnish forces claim that after severe fighting on the icy battlefield they have broken up the Russian 54th Division and severely punished another division. The Soviet losses are estimated at 6000 killed and 20.000 wounded.
