SERVICES REWARDED United Press Assn.—Elcc. Tel. Copyright) LONDON. Feb. 6 The first investiture by His Majesty since the outbreak of the war was held in Buckingham Palace tef-day. He decorated 11 recipients with the Distinguished Service Order, four with the Military Cross, eight with the Distinguished Flying Cross, and 31 with the Distinguished Service Cross. Among the last-named were 13 skippers of the Naval Reserve. His Majesty also handed the King': Medal to a number of policemen, including three who risked their lives Irish Republican Army outrages.
