BRITISH COAL SHORTAGE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright; LONDON, Feb. 6 The Parliamentary Secretary to the Mines Department, Mr Geoffrey Lloyd, was questioned in the House of Commons about the recent lack of coal supplies to various areas. He said that in such exceptionally severe weather conditions as had been experienced in the last few weeks nothing would prevent the occurrence of temporary difficulties in distributing coal.
