l GRANDSON OF EX-KAISER | LIABILITY OF INTERNMENT (Times Air Mail Service) LONDON, January 9 It is understood that Prince Frederick William of Prussia is the guest now of the Duke of Buccleuch. He is staying at Drumlanrig Castle in Dumfriesshire. Prince Frederick. 28-.vear-old grandson of the ex-Kaiser, was shooting in Scotland at the outbreak of war. He was liable to internment, but he was given his freedom on parole.
