CONFIDENCE IN GERMANS SPANISH MILITARY LEADER MISSION TO ITALY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel Copyright) (Received Nov. 6, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5 The Rome correspondent of the British United Press says that General Dellano heads the mission of 59 military officials to be attached to Italian units for developing an understanding between the Italian and Spanish armies. He expressed confidence after a tour of Germany that Germany would give England and France tremendous surprises during the coming weeks and win the war, whether long or short. He added that the Spanish military mission is also going to Germany.
