Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 24 With the approval of the King, Air Chief Marshal Sir Robert BrookePopham relinquishes his appointment, held since 1937, as Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Kenya, in orer to take up duty with the Royal Air Force. Sir Robert was an air officer commanding Irak Command, 1928-30; air officer Commanding-in-Chief, air defence of Great Britain, 1933-35; and Inspector-General, Royal Air Force, 1935-36.
