MORE TOWNS OCCUPIED RED ARMY IN OILFIELDS WORKERS SEIZE FACTORIES United Press Assn.—Elec. TeL Copyrlgnt) LONDON, Sept. 25 A communique issued in Moscow records a general advance by the Soviet troops, in the course of which they captured 11,000 prisoners and several towns, bringing the Russian forces to within 40 miles of the Soviet-Nazi demarcation line. The communique adds that the Red Army is now in the heart of the Polish oilfields. In parts of Poland occupied by the Russians, says a 8.8. C. broadcast, it is reported that the workers have taken over the factories. The former i owners, when found, are being charged with exploitation of xhe workers. Land owners, when found, are being sent to concentration camps. A correspondent of the Italian newspaper Stampa says the Soviet system is being applied with lightning speed in Eastern Poland, and one is bound to feel that thousands of families have passed overnight to Stalin’s banner.
