FATE OF SUBMARINE GOOD TARGET FOR BOMBS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 26, 3.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 25 Air Force patrols report that the submarine which sank the Hazel lae submerged hurriedly, but as it did so it made a good target for bombs and did not reappear.
