The possibilities of an Italian wartrade boom equal those of the United Slates. Anglo-Italian and Franco-Italian commercial relations are developing considerably. Italy needs raw materials which are not obtainable from Russia or Germany. She also needs cash, which Britain and France, and not Berlin, are able to pay.
