Mr Chamberlain, Lord Chatfield, Viscount Halifax, M. Daladier, and Marshal Gamelin attended. It reviewed developments since the meeting on September 14 and estimated the effect on future events. Unanimous agreement was reached on the plans of both Governments for munitions supplies and methods of coordinating and perfecting them.
