CopyrlgHi) (Received Sept. 23, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 22 A correspondent of the American Press states that three German ships, including the speedy Hamburg-South American liner Cap Norte, left a Brazilian port carrying lange cargoes of foodstuffs and petroleum products, although local companies declined to supply them with fine oils used by submarines. Shipping circles understand that the vessels will attempt to reach Yladivostock, around Cape Horn. The vessels’ total tonnage exceeds 25.0U0.
