Concert For Red Cross A concert on behalf of the funds of the R-eti Cross will be held in the Theatre Royal, Hamilton, next Thursday night. An attractive programme has been arranged, and should draw a large audience. Hamilton Musical Students The Hamilton Music Students’ Association will meet on Monday night. The programme will be representative of the Romantic Classic period. Brownlee, the famous singer, will not sing German Lieder at his concerts. This is rather surprising, for surely good music is universal. “ Bohemian Girl ” Draws 62112 People The pageant version of Balfe's “The Bohemian Girl ” at the Scarborough Open-Air Theatre is breaking all attendance records, says a London paper. Despite the freakish weather. _ every performance has, so far, gone off without even a technical hitch. The attendance on the opening night, Monday, July 24, was a record attendance on the,, opening night lias topped the six thousand mark. The figures since are 0432, 5238, 5330, 6205.
