Copyright; (Received Sept. 22, 11 a.m.) SHANGHAI, Sept. 21 The Domei Agency states that the leaders of the Japanese-controlled Peking and Nanking administrations conferred and agreed to form a central regime, under Wang Chimg Wei, who was acclaimed the legitimate leader of the Kuomintang. It also issued a statement that it had obtained full understanding and support from Wang-Keh-Min and Liang-Sung-Chih, leader of the Peking and Nanking regimes, and henceforth they would work harmoniously for the realisation of peace.
