Copyright) (Received Sept. 21, 11.55 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 20 A communique after a meeting of the Council of Ministers announced that M- Daladier, the Prime Minister, presented a fully-documented report on the military and diplomatic situation. The Council unanimously adopted the reports and conclusions. The Council approved of military, economic and financial measures designed to continue the war to definite victory. An official communique says that there is calm on the whole front except the enemy artillery.

The military writer “Commandant” says that the Germans, after evacuating Aachen, are bringing troops to the town, and are concentrating large numbers of planes, which are reported to include 1500 to 1800 bombers, in the surrounding districts.
