Woman survivor of the wreck of the Bokuya Maru on July 18, picked up in mid-Pacific (rescuers’ oars in picture). The Bokuya Maru (9000 tons) sank 20 minutes after nitrate cargo exploded. Of 212 passengers and crew, lour were killed. The rest were saved.
