FATAL LIGHTNING
TRAGEDY IN A SHED PEOPLE HEAPED ON FLOOR TRANSPORT SERVICES DELAYED (United Press. Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Aug. 22, 3.50 p.m.) LONDON, August 21 Several persons were killed and 18 injured bv lightning at Olford. A boy on investigating screams from a shed, found 30 people heaped on the floor. An unconscious woman, clasping two children, was amongst them. Floods and failures of power delayed the rail and trolley-bus services.
