Copyright) LONDON, July 10 When the public inquiry into the loss of the submarine Thetis was resumed this morning, John Rowe, an assistant foreman shipwright at Cammell ’Laird's, said he examined the Thetis on the morning of her departure and discovered a list of 2i inches to port. Witness reported the list and was informed that it would be rectified by trimming. A second examination made immediately before sailing showed a list of nearly three inches. The remainder of the evidence was of a technical nature. q'hirteen deep-sea divers are inspecting the submarine Thetis for the Admiralty. _____ ___
