RUMOURS OF EARLY COUP VERY LITTLE TURNOVER (United Press Assn.—Erec. Tel. Copyright) (Received July 1, 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, June 30 A series of warning speeches by statesmen, combined with rumours of an early Danzig coup and a generally tenser atmosphere, further depressed the markets. The turnover lias for long been so small that a. number of stock Exchange, firms are discussing amalgamation/ < iilt-edged stocks reacted on the failure of the London County Council loan. The Australian loan is now at over £3 discount. German bonds were sharplv marked down. i .liincsc ilso ire easier, though Japanese were mure resistant. Sugar alone moved up in the stagnant commodity markets. The new York Stock Exchange turnover was 600,000.
