Despite Nazi denials rumours that a free corps is being formed and arms and ammunition being smuggled in persist. Germans and Poles are blaming each other for creating a war psychosis. They also deny the Paris report that Herr Hitler is planning a week-end coup in Danzig, saying that Danzig will return to the Reich without bloodshed. A communique issued to-day in Berlin says the closest co-operation between the Italian and German Air Forces is assured as the result of talks between Field-Marshal Goering, General Erhard Milch, Inspector-Geuerul of the German Air Force, and General Giuseppe Valle, Chief of the Italian Air Staff. AGREEMENT WITH BRITAIN BUILD UP PEACE FRONT (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrljrbt) LONDON, June 29 It is officially slated, says the Times, that Britain hopes to conclude au economic and financial agreement with Poland at an early date, as the result of the latest talks between officers of the Treasury and the Polish mission. The Poles are asking for financial assistance to build up the peace front and to buy war materials, heavy artillery and arJcraft from Britain and raw materials from British possessions o\erseas, and for credits to develop industries located on the southern frontiers between Germany and Russia.
