RECRUITING CAMPAIGN

PERSONNEL OF COMMITTEE LOCAL BODIES’ AID ASKED (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday In connection with the general recruiting campaign that has been launched this week, it was announced today by the Prime Minister, the Rt. lion. M. J. Savage, that the p£rsonnel of the committee comprises the Minister of Defence (the Hon. F. Jones), as chairman, Mr J. A. Lee and Major G. li. Clifton. Territorial officers acting as technical advisers to the committee are Majors R. E. Murray and E. 11. Whiting and Captain B. Barrington. Every possible support is being received from various Government departments, and local bodies also are being asked to give their full cooperation.
