MISSIONARY MEETING
Tin' monthly meeting of the WaJ kato East branch of the Presbyterian Women’s Missionary Union was held in the evening recently, in the Matam. church hall. Mrs C. L. French presided over a large attendance of members. The meeting opened with the dev.. tional period, after which Mrs French read two most interesting art the work of the Foreign Missionaries. A sales table, conducted by Mrs A Middlemiss. did good business. A happy social hour was spent when the managers were entertained tu supper.
