{ CASE AGAINST WALLACE SEERV OVER IN 20 MINUTES On the accusation of cruelty Mrs Mary Arieta Gilman Beery was granted a divorce from her husband, Wallace t Beery, the film star. The case was dealt with at Carson City. Nevada, and the hearing lasted *2O j minutes. The Court approved a property agreement, the terms of which were not disclosed. Custody of Mr and Mrs Beery’s eight-year-old adopted daughter, Carol ‘ Ann, will he divided equally.
