BUILDING EXPEDITED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrig-ht) PARIS, June 14 M. Campinchi, the French Naval Minister, announced that the building of warships, including the two 35,000ton vessels, has been accelerated, as the result of good work in the factories, especially as regards armourplating.
