ALTERATION IN EXCHANGE OPINION OF MINISTER (Special to Times) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday “A lot has been said here to-day of the need for a higher exchange rate,” said the Minister of Agriculture, the Hon. W. Lee Martin, at a meeting of runholders at Tekapo to-day. "From what I have seen of statements made by the Prime Minister and Mr Nash during the recent kite flying on this subject I would not hold out much hope that there will be any alteration, although I speak only as an individual.”
