A UNITED LOAN
BY BRITAIN AND FRANCE FREE GRANT OF £4,000,000 (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Jan. 27 England and France have signed an agreement under which Britain freely grants Czechoslovakia £4,000,000 in order to provide foreign exchange for
refugees from the advance of £10,000,000 already made. France will under- / take the responsibility 0 f interest re- \ payment on her loan to Czechoslovakia redeemable, 1937-42, nominally 700.000,000 francs. England and France will guarantee a loan of £8,000,000 to be issued by Czechoslovakia. Al! proposals are subject to Parliamentary approval.
