PLOT IN RUMANIA

ARREBTB EFFECTED IRON GUARD IMPLICATED A-fea» (Independent Cable) BUCHAREST, Jan. 26 It Is officially stated that 27 members of the Rumanian Iron Gjiard, including lawyers, an oil company director and students, have been arrested for a plot to destroy public buldings with flame throwers and incendiary bombs, and overthrow the Government.

The plot was discovered after a mystery explosion in a private laboratory belonging to one of those arrested, Lieutenant Dumintrescu, who hanged himself in gaol. It is stated that his was the master mind behind the plot.
