BRYANT HOUSE DAIRY VISIT BY DR. H. H. MANN Accompanied by the chairman of the Bry&nt House Trustees, Mr C. L. MacDiarmid, and the honorary manager of the property conducted by the trustees, Mr D. V. Bryant, a visit was paid this morning to the Bryant House dairy at Te Rapa, by Dr. H. H. Mann, of the Rothamstead Experimental Station, Harpenden, England. Dr. Mann was taken over the property by Mr Bryant and stated that he was very much Impressed with the way it was conducted. The water supply, an essential necessity, was Ideally provided from a spring and the stock appeared to be in excellent condition. Dr. Mann was particularly impressed with the sixcow milking plant and shed provided, stating that he had never seen anything better. The polished concrete walls, concrete floor and iron railings, ensured absolute olearfllness.

“I do not see why a dairy such as that trhould not be In every* farming town In New’ Zealand," said Dr. Mann.
