JOLLY EVENING
21 ST BIRTHDAY PARTY Mr and Mrs E. J. Edwards, Ohaupo, entertained a number c t friends recently at their residence, the occasion being the 21st birthday of Miss Jean Edwards. The rooms had been artistically decorated, and an enjoyable time was spent in dancing, games and competitions. During the serving of a delicious supper, the guest-of-honour cut the birthday cake, and was handed the traditional key by her father. The singing of Auld Lang Syne concluded a happy evening. Among those present were :—Mesdames E. J. Edwards, C. K. Edwards, A. Evans, J. A. Karl, E. Ennion, Misses J. Edwards, R. Edwards. M. Fitzpatrick (Auckland), M. Wouldes, I. Wouldes, S. Rosenberg, L. Edwards, O. Edwards, E. Ennion.
