CANTEftBURY PARK EVENTS PROGRESSIVE TO GERFALCON (By Telegraph —Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday The Canterbury Park Trotting Club’s meeting was concluded at Addington V* to-day in fine warm weather. The J* track was fast and there was a large attendance. Results:— PROGRESSIVE HANDICAP.—I—I Gerfalcon (M. Holmes), i; 3—4 Syntax (T. Gleeson) , 2; 5—3 shadeland <D. Bennet), 3. All started. Won by two lengths, with hair a length between second and third. Times, 3.20 3-5, 3.21, 3.23 1 -5. TELEGRAPH HANDICAP,—2—2 Waltakl Power (D. C. Watts), l; 5—5 Credit Funds (J. Behrns), 2; 4—4 Labourman (G. McKendry), 3. Won by a length, with a length between second and third. Time, 2.8 1-5, 2.9 2-5, 2.9 3-5.
