H a.m.) RUGBY, Dec. 30 The money value of retail trade sales reported for November showed the first decrease recorded for the total trade since September, 1933. It amounted to 1.3 per cent, compared with November, 1937, and the decline was general except in Scotland.

The retail employment was 0.4 per cent, greater than a year ago.
