TE AROHA CARNIVAL DISPLAY BY CHILDREN (Special lo Times) TE AROHA, Friday A large crowd of spectators watched the children's fancy dress parade, the opening event in the Te Aroha New Year carnival, which took place in line weather to-day. Headed by the Te Aroha Pipe Band, the juveniles paraded down the main street to Merries Memorial Park, where some 500 children gathered. The judging resulted as follows:—Group Mulch windmill); D.
