This fact has been j established by the Swiss police. 1 Virginia Capts is an Italian dancer, and Paul Rochat is a Swiss private detective. Both have been arrested in Geneva. The woman is alleged to have been friendly with a French Minister. His : identity has not been revealed. She was friendly also with an officer of the French Air Force, and with a Swiss army officer of high rank.
