Copyright) (Received Dec. 28. 11 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Dec. 27 King Carol has ordered the arrest of all railway men likely to l>e responsible for the fatal collision of two trains. The death-roll now mssibers 93, and 250 were injured. The accident is attributed to the fact that the signals were unworkable because they were frozen. The dead include Brigadier-General Gabielescu and many soldiers who were going hctne for Christmas.
