VISCOUNT CIIILSTON APPOINTED LEAVING THE PUBLIC SERVICE (Official Wireless) (Received Dec. 28, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Dec. 27 The King has approved of the appointment of Viscount -Chilston, Ambassador to Moscow since 1933, who retires from the public service this month, as a Privy Councillor.
