TE KUITI COLLISION

YOUNG MAN IN COURT TWO CHARGES PREFERRED (Special to Times) TE KUITI, Tuesday Peter Cunningham, whose address was given as Eden Terrace, Auckland, was charged in the Police Court, before Mr A. Blackman, J.P., this morning, with being intoxicated while In charge of a car in Te Kuiti, last evening, and the unlawful conversion of a car belonging to S. F. Wilson, of Te Kuiti. Accused was remanded in custody for seven days. The case was a sequel to a collision between a car owned by Mr Wilson and one owned by Dr. C. W. Isaac, which was parked outside the doctor's residence.
