TENNIS PARTY
MISS M. WYNYARD HONOURED % Mrs James Oliphant and Miss Phyllis North were hostesses at a most enjoyable tennis party at the home of Mrs J. W. North, Carlton Street, Te Awamutu, on Tuesday afternoon. Miss Margaret Wynyard, who will leave for England on January 17, was tho and during the afternoon she was presented with a navy morocco handbag with good wishes from her many friends. Tennis, clock golf and deck tennis were played in the garden. Among those present were :—Mesdames J. G- Wynyard, H. A. Swarbrick, J. P. O’Sullivan, M. Coverdale, C. Blundell, J. Roberton, M.
