SHEEP STEALING CHARGE
“DANGEROUS TO CONVICT” (By Telegraph.—Press Association) ASHBURTON. Friday Mr IT. A- Morgan. S.M., dismissed a charge of slieepstealing against Samuel Joseph Beaven, adjourned from the. last Court day (May 27), following his son having been placed on probation for a similar offence. J /he magistrate said it would be I too dangerous to convict in this case on the evidence of convicted men.
