FORTUNE TELLING CHARGE TOLD TO LEAVE COUNTRY (Special to Times.') CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday An unusual case came before the Magistrate’s Court yesterday when George Samuel Thomson, known as tlm Rev. G. S. Thomson and’ as Professor Thomson, pleaded not guilty j to two charges of fortune telling. After hearing the e\idence of a police matron and a constable who had consulted b'm regarding events to come. ; She magistrate said provided Thomson left the country within, say. 30 days, he would not be fined, but would be : ordered to come up for sentence if | called on within two years.
