ODDFELLOWS MEET

frankton junction lodge At. the usual fortnightly meeting or the Ldyal Frankton Junction Lodge, there was a full attendance of members.. Bro. Rhodes P.G., presided. Two candidates were initiated and were accorded the honours of the order. Bro. Gropp, P.D.G.M., of the Wellington district, was welcomed by the N.G. and he expressed his satisfaction of the manner in which he had been welcomed not only In the Frankton Junction Lodge but in the other lodges In the Auckland dlstriot. He gave an Interesting address on the activity of lodges in the Wellington district. Visitors were present from the Hamilton, Ngaruawahla, and Tuakau lodges. After the lodge business the social committee entertained members and visitors to an enjoyable evening of games and dancing. Sister Wilson P.G.. and Bro. Walker P.G., judged the choir competition and awarded Bro. Haggards choir the winning points.
