FOR COLD PREVENTION Certain New Zealand plants and trees growing in the North Auckland district have long been known by the Ngapuhis to exert a marked beneficial influence on health. One plant particularly has come under the notice of research chemists and a suitable extract has now been prepared by Messrs Burfoots (N.Z.) Ltd., chemists, Victoria St.. Hamilton.
