TERRIFIC EXPLOSION
MAN SEVERELY INJURED BORE SINKING MISHAP (Special to Times) TAURANGA, Friday Mr. H. Perkinson was' severely injured by an explosion of gelignite in the Katikati dairy factory, at Waitekohe. With his brother he was putting down a bore, and at Gsft. large boulders were encountered, necessitating the use of an explosive. A terrific explosion occurred, hurling the boring apparatus out. of the bore. Tliis struck Mr. Perkinson in the face, injuring an eye and fracturing his skull PREMATURE EXPLOSION i (Special to Times.) TAURANGA, Friday Mr. Charles J.
