Mag'll!ness: spcretary and treasurer. Mr V. r«. Roulton: auditor, Mr W. H. Woolley: Waikato Union delegnt.es. Messrs B. Brewer and V. 0. Boulton; selectors. Mr A. B. Batchelor (senior), Mr T. Turnbull (junior), Mr G. Clayton (third grade), Mr A. Thompson (fourth grade); delegates to central committee, Messrs V. G. Boulton, C. Wallace, and T. Bourke. In a discussion on the stag competition, the general opinion of delegates was in favour of one senior team, and a motion on these lines was carried unanimously. The re-grading of players under the new system caused some discussion, and it was felt that in some cases players who had competed in senior representative, game* should not. be prevented from returning to the lower grade. The delegates were instructed to bring the matter before the Waikato Union. The four clubs nominated junior, third and fourth grade teams to compete in the club competitions. It, was decided to recommend to the annual meeting of the Waikato Union that Mr E. Scott be elected Waikato senior selector. The Boulton Shield for the fourth grade competition, which was won last year for the first time by Hautapu, was presented to Mr T. Bourke, a delegate of the successful club.
