Petresen Commen, late Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, has become Foreign Minister, and most of llie former Ministers have been reinslated. It is expected the policy will not be changed. The new Cabinet under the Presidency of King Carol, decreed the dissolving of all political parties in accordance with the new constitution instituted under the late Cabinet, which introduces the corporative sys- ! tern. i Another decree establishes a Royal j Advisory Council consisting of former f Premiers, with church, court and army | dignitaries.
