LABOURER FINED
DRUNKENNESS CHARGE Convicted for the second time In six months in a charge of being found drunk. Edward Kelly (52), labourer, was fined £l. in default 48 hours’ imprisonment by Mr. G. K. Sinclair, i.P.. in the Magistrate's Court, Hamilton, to-day. Senior-sergeant G. H. Lambert stated that accused, who was arrested Ip Victoria Street yesterday forenoon, had a long list of convictions arising chiefly out of drink. Accused came from the King Country. "That Is the place for him.” commented Mr. Sinclair. “He had better get back there as quickly as possible."
