AEROBATIC DISPLAY

PROGRAMME AT RUKUHIA TWO PARACHUTE DESCENTS A display of aerobatics and parachute Jumping has been arranged by the Waikato Aero Club to take plaoe at the Rukuhia Airport to-morrow and a thrilling programme is assured. An aerobatic exhibition by Flight-Lieuten-ant W. H. Lett, who will fly from Taumarunui to take part, and Flying-Offi-cer E. B. Firth will be one of the main attractions. An added feature will be the appearance of Mr L. E. A. Hayward, who has thrilled Hamilton crowds on previous occasions. Since his last appearance in Hamilton Mr Hayward has made more than a dozen Jumps from varying heights in the South Island and Intends to leLu n there after he has fulfilled his North Island engagements. To-morrow Mr Hayward Intends to make two descents, one from 1800 feet and the other from 2500 feet. The Waikato Aero Club has also arranged special “stunt” flights and observation flights for patrons.
